Who Should Apply for the Program?
If you are someone who likes to tinker or take things apart in your spare time and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty, you might be an ideal candidate to join a John Deere Technician program. While many interested students have a background with heavy machinery from growing up in the agriculture industry or taking automotive or welding classes in school, it is not a requirement.

How Long Does It Take to Become a Technician?
Most programs to become a certified technician are typically 18 months through one of our partner colleges. Our team is here to guide you through the application process and beyond.
